Did some digging.
It does get pretty messy.
Basically Hecla operating did not want to continue and Teck took over. In return Hecla was given a 5% NPI. (see this in previous PEA/PFS).
Hecla royalty here was sold to International Royalties Inc. who then was sold to Royal Gold.
Here is Hecla and International Royalties Inc. agreement.

Liard/Schaft Creek
December 7, 1978 Assignment and Assumption Agreement among Hecla Operating Company (“Hecla Operating”) Teck Corporation and Liard Copper Mines Ltd. (N.P.L.) wherein Hecla Operating was granted a 5% net proceeds interest and a 3-1/2% overriding fully carried net proceeds interest, both in respect of the properties subject to the Agreement.
So SC consists of different mineral claims. Apparently sandstorm owns SC north royalty of 3.5& NSR.
30% liard is considered indirect interest. the 70% is the direct interest that the SCJV owns.
Within Liard, I believe SCJV owns 84.xx% and CUU owns 1.5% of Liard.
It's a web of mystery.
