Teck buys us out with shares.

Teck finances 60% of capex with debt.

Teck streams 5 years of gold to pay for the remaining 40% of capex.

This would allow Teck to own 100% of Schaft Creek with very minimal risk and 0$ out of their pocket!  That would also allow them to keep control over possible sinergy decisions between SC & Galore.

The possible 5-6-7% share dilution would highly be compensated by the added revenues from SC.
