Interesting! I see different outcome.

Teck has a history of partnering (to reduce risk and financial liabilities).

They will maintain 50% ownership and sell 25% for a 50-50 new partnership like they did at galore and relincho. Use their proceeds to build the mine for free. Zero risk!
