YM, I don't see any message of yours that's been removed since late in July. I don't spend a lot of time checking violations but looking at the list after your post tells me that you were cited for violations twice recently and both times they were ignored and your posts remain. It's possible that agoracom stepped in and took action against the post that you say is missing. They generally don't notify any of the HLs when they do that. You could take it up with them.
