It is amazing to me that the previous BFS didn't include those royalties and the Liard shares, whereas Now they are so important to a PEA which is a lesser type of document than before.

The only thing that makes sense in this is the overall valuation is very important now... Which leads to the logical conclusion that some type of sale of the SC asset is either happening or will be happening.  Otherwise, I guess they had the major oversight in the BFS to not factor in the royalties.

I also don't buy the argument that they have only one chance to get it right.  They have already disproven that doing this PEA.
