He states value won't come just from a report but also from:

resources left out (40% of our resources left out), exploration potential which is massive (several SCs), value of JV contract, market factors (Tier one asset in safe jurisdiction with very limited large scale copper projects available).

Hard to say the exact value per share as it depends on some factors. Total company buyout or individual sales but again Elmer has stated in recent public interviews "our share price has a long way to go" when comparing to old highs!

With that logic, copper fox might want mid $2s or higher per share.
