In my opinion, based on the PEA results, $0.50 CAD per share is a bare minimum for SC (PEA portion only).  I see plenty of opportunities left to increase the PEA value by another 50% to 100% with the 2021 Program.  After, there's the rest we can add.

I'm also not convinced that this PEA was made fully using Teck's "flexibility" as an operator.  Teck might already know that XYZ cost can still easily be shaved.

I can better understand Elmer's comment that 2021 might add significant value and that after, a sale decision might happen.
