You know that Copper Fox's share of capex is not ''covered''.   It is just guaranteed to receive financing through the operator.  You know very well that Copper Fox still needs to pay for 25% of the capex out of future cashflows, plus interest on top.

But you keep using terms like 'carried interest' and 'capex covered' which mean a pre-paid or free ride.  I know your job is at stake now but please, keep it real dude.
