Maybe I'm not using the right words, but at the end, Copper Fox (or any buyer) would not need to take any money out of their pocket.

If you put 2-3B in a project (or even a fraction of that because you're fortunate to get a loan), that money is no longer working for you elsewhere.

Don't start again with your job crap.  I've been pretty clear about who I am and my intentions here.
