Elmer's opinion only doesn't make it truth. That's why multiples of sp averages are never used in m & a valuations, got it. Nobody is paying 1000% of any average there are zero examples of that. If you have them pls share. When people talk it's in % premium to 52 wk avg or 20 day moving etc.
