Last time I spoke with ES regarding this property was a while ago but he was very positive about the municipality's acceptance of mining & it's beneficial employment associated. I believe the water issue had been addressed. There are major players in the area and this property could be a diamond in the rough for how cheap we obtained it for. A major can always fast track time lines so I don't think that's a factor for us at this point. Let's put it under the tree for an Xmas gift instead of coal this year!!
