Our price is so low because management is so lazy, on VD they knew we needed these permits years ago to advance the project but are only "talking" about it now.  On SC they cannot even convince Teck to respond (from a price point whose word would you rely on Teck or Elmer).

Yes we are relying on 5$ copper definitely not management.
