I don't think the report is deceitful, but it's not always easy to understand the areas where improvements are still possible and mostly their impact.  In my opinion, the assumptions used in the PEA are reasonable and in order to use more aggressive assumptions, they probably would need data to back it up.  The 2021 Program was expected to address some of these points.  Now with the limited drilling, let's see...  

One portion of the PEA that I still don't understand are the recoveries.  Why did they use lower recoveries vs. the 2013 FS?  At my knowledge, nothing was done since 2013 that invalidates the previous work that was done for the FS.  Should normally only get better with technological advances?
