One portion of the PEA that I still don't understand are the recoveries.  Why did they use lower recoveries vs. the 2013 FS?  At my knowledge, nothing was done since 2013 that invalidates the previous work that was done for the FS.  Should normally only get better with technological advances?

 

MoneyK, that's a question you should ask Elmer...I'd be interested in hearing his thoughts on this!
