The conservative formula for the long term price of copper used in NAV calculations is now outdated, copper has been above 4$ for sometime now. The average has moved up. Elmer must start pestering Teck and tell shareholders the proper copper price for NAV calculations (and a new SC NAV figure) even using that conservative formula . Its simple  math.
