Add 50% to the very conservative PEA numbers with possible 2021 improvements = 1.3B US

Add 250M for every 0.25$ = 1.8B US (for LT copper at $3.75 US)

Add 100M for the exploration potential = 1.9B US

Add 100M for the carried interest + milestone payments = 2B US

Therefore, around $500M US for 25% of SC only would be my minimum target.
