The way I see it:

Teck is responsable for 2/3 of the cost and Sumitomo 1/3.  ENAMI has a non-funding interest.

In terms of sharing the profit, I believe at the end it comes down to 60% for Teck, 30% Sumitomo & 10% ENAMI.

If you make $100 of profit, give ENAMI their 10%, it leaves $90 to split 2/3 and 1/3.
