The additional payments could become something similar to royalties and part of "Copper Fox".

If someone wants to buy the entire company later, including those possible royalties, I don't see a problem.

If a production decision is made and in the next 2-3 years and copper goes to $10 US at the same time, we could even sell that stream of royalty for a big chunck of money sooner than expected.

No need for another ROFO.  Highest bidder takes all!
