The best way to get full value could be to get a lower amount today (e.g 500M), but also receive a 2-3% NSR, conditional to Teck announcing a production decision.

That NSR would benefit from all the upside and our SP would be catapulted at 15x, 20x, 25x the future revenues.

Anyone wanting to opt out could get another $1 per share now, on top of the 500M, or stay for higher metal prices.

Only Teck can provide us with something like that.  Its in our best interest to work with them and find a win-win.
