Teck is playing a game, basically telling all other potential buyers that they will sit on their investment a long time if they buy our 25%.

However, when you think about it, saying publically that SC will be in production before (e.g. 2028) would not be very strategic at this point if you're intention is to buy the remaining 25% without too much competition.
