I think job creation at this time might be misleading. Openning up businesses that have been closed may look good in the near term but when people realize inflation is making them poor they will stop going to those establishments. 

My land assessment went up 117% last year. This is a government scrambling for ways to pay for their huge spending spree. Taxes, housing cost, food cost etc will force people to stay home and when there is no spending there is a recession. Five deposits, sell one now and if us doomsayers are wrong there are four more to focus on.
