Again proof that they have no clue that Return on Investment which is the only metric in investing contains a time component. Fair Value BS is what we are being fed. They say they won't sell until some magical fair value is acheived, yet fair value is only discovered in the eye of the top auction bidder. No place else.
If the market constantly disagrees with you ...then guess what ... YOU are the one who is mistaken, who is wrong, who has their head stuck in 'La La Land'.
I think generally Ernesto is simply not interested in selling anything under any almost any circumstances. Its a holding company. He doesn't need the money and is proabably thinking CU is going to $10 and will hold decades if that's what it takes.
They haven't yet monetized anything and its by design imo. Just listen to them when they talk about monetization. Its always "Must create more value" first. We'll guess what Elmer, absolutely no one in the world believes you are creating value, despite 13 years of efforts and our money. Despite combined 43-101 NPVs of over a billion the market says you not worth 10 cents on that dollar. So are you really creating value? Are not instead diluting the F out of everyone by running PPs at the lowest price possible? Is that creating value for shareholders?
Monetization is some mystical future event that will just one day "happen" to them. Its not a process. Its not something that will be made to happen by management. Listen to Elmer's previous responses: "Should an offer come along...". What!? "Come along"? Pull your head out of your lazy ass and make some sales calls!! This is not the verbiage of someone focused on selling. Its the verbiage of someone sitting on their hands and hiding behind a desk hoping something just happens.
