Don stated they prefer partnerships! That's their corporate strategy. Reduce risk, less exposure to costs. Free rides....essentially.

That is why they want us out- the carried to production clause in SC hurts Don badly (opposite of their strategy where Teck's chosen partner use their cash to build). That's our huge leverage plus the RoFO!

SC will likely involve a 3rd party like Newmont, Newcrest, barrick, etc.
