Too low MK! Higher.....

You're low-end equals about 55 cents a share...we hit 68 cents recently before the downfall again. 

You use 7 cents per CuEq....I think it's closer to 14 cents and higher with copper eventually hitting 6-10$ a pound!

Add everything else......Now let's include project enhancements Elmer wants so badly to be included into the buyout value, then exploration potential, deposits not included (SC2,SC3,SC4), carried to production, milestone payments, etc.....and $2 seems to be the minimum :)
