Believe I figured out assumption 2.

  1. Reducing the construction timeline by 1 year could increase NPV (8%) by around $100M US
  2. Optimizing the first (5) years could add maybe another $250M US for every $100M US EBITDA increase.
  3. Copper at $3.75 US would increase it by another $500M.

Therefore, $842M + $100M + $250M + $500M = $1.7B US.

IMO.
