I agree with this. They are 100% conducting pfs staged work but won't announce it as such?? Quite secretive approach to not tell the investing public we are a pfs staged asset! Teck doesn't want eyes on us or other majors to get interested!

Imo, I feel several talks to exit may have occurred resulting in zero movement on a sale development. Quite sad the partner of choice doesn't want us paid out for all the hard work since 2002!! 20 years !!! Prior to JV, around 85 million we spent to advance SC!

Elmer's recent definition of "fair value" cries and public statements could be proof of the above thoughts.
