Teck owned the Schaft Creek claim long before CF showed up on the scene. CF got in under a prove up/ performance contract which led to the JV. Teck and CF are racing to a production agreement which may lead to the monetization event for CF....Teck doesn't need to buy out what they already own. Van Dyke is the golden key for CF...a sale there resolves all of the issues in this forum...it allows CF to update EH and all of Desert Foxes assets...IMO
