Look again at our unique JV deal. Imo it holds huge value in addition to the economics.

If Teck doesn't pay for asking price....SC will cost them 2.6 billion to build once we sell to a competing major! They save money by taking us out, but we are going to make them pay!

Another major will gladly replace us on the JV with a free carry to production plus 40 million in future SC progress payments.
