When I'm comparing with the QB2 and SN transactions, the numbers are almost like both partners getting a carried-interest to production (amount paid for the property + amount for capex = total investment).

I don't think  we will sell for more than what another major is willing to pay and at that point, the only benefit for Teck would be to finally have a partner that brings something to the table (e.g. expertise, workforce, funds, etc.).
