CF is not releasing all information "required by law". They are releasing the information required by Teck. More disclosure isn't "illegal". 

You're probably correct about needing a good percentage of the shareholders to vote on a change in management. ES will stay as long as EE wants him. 

You have been here a long time to remember Brundall. I was trying to recall his/her name before my post regarding legal action. Given your longevity I don't understand fully backing management. They have done nothing to earn our trust, have missed every deadline, have eroded shareholder value and never accomplished their once stated goal of explore develop sell repeat. They hire seemingly incompetent IR firms and people and further waste cash they desperately need to promote a company that has a proven track record of incompetence. I'm at a lost to understand your loyalty.

I am not as old as some on this board but in the same ballpark. I would like to see some value from this investment before I can no longer enjoy it.
