I don't understand!

Whats the purpose of these JV quarterly management meetings with Teck?

1 meeting per quarter= 4 meetings a year to discuss/negotiate SC?

If they will determine what they want to do, why even have these SC meetings?

I thought the idea was 2 reps per company to determine a program to advance and bring real added value to the deposit/property. Equal member gets a say/vote to finalize these details etc
