Most of us think management has been incompetent for the last two decades yet EE continues to increase his salary while the sp is a tenth of what it was at its height with only one property. 

While I would love to see some legal action taken to depose management, that is almost certainly doomed to failure. I think the most we could do is circulate a resolution to freeze salaries until there is a sale. Also doomed to failure but it would emphasize the minority's displeasure with the current situation. Maybe also wake up EE to his CEO's gorging himself at his trough.
