who says Elmer doesn't want to sell VD?  He is open to selling VD as long as it is “fair value”.  That is immediately the problem.  Elmer's "fair value" is probably many times higher than the "fair value" in the eyes of the market.  The greed of EE and ES slows down any further development of the other assets.  The result is this low sp and this minimal volume in the CF share.  Investors have lost all confidence in any form of decisiveness from ES and EE.  And that is understandable.  And, of course, Elmer's dramatic presentations and videos don't give the impression that CF is an energetic and dynamic company.
