reverse split for the spin-off? not even close... let me explain how things would happen to make it clear for everyone: SC would remain unde copper fox with the current 550 million shares and would continue trading as before.
Then a third party would evaluate the other properties under Norther Fox, or any other new entity name. Lets say, for example purposes, the value assigned to EH, VD, MM and SB is $55 million dollars. Then the company can decide to issue 55 million shares at $1 each. All those shares are then distributed to current CUU shareholders at a ratio of 10 CUU shares for 1 new share of Northern fox. Then the new shares will start trading. After that, the company can issue a PP in the new entity to raise money, thus keeping the shares in copper fox at 550 million, no more dillution.
Keep in mind that copper fox would incur some upfront costs with the third party evaluation and the costs to establish this new entity, SCC filings/approvals etc.
