One thing that has occurred to me is that if they really want to streamline the permitting they could possibly accept the years of environmental monitoring data at SC and not have to do 2 more years of additional monitoring. I'm not sure what the differences might be but I would think in the 10+ years of baseline monitoring at SC by the Tahltan should stand for something.
