I wonder how Glencore will respond to this.  Could 'Schaft Galore' get caught up in the middle of this fight?  Wouldn't that be something to watch unfold.

Glencore could say "We wouldn't challenge or cross any of your approval and regulatory authorities.  We would maintain an experienced, Canadian-staffed operation in Canada.  At least we wouldn't drag our feet for decades before sanctioning these wildy lucrative world-class projects for your tax base and your labour force."
