Does anyone have insight as to why Eaglehead was purchased under Northern Fox?

I cant seem to find which claims/projects are owned under Norther Fox alone and which are only Copper Fox.

To me it would have made more sense to have purchsased the US claims under a different subsidiary and have Copper Fox own both Schaft & Eaglehead since they are so close together and would way more likely be bought out together.

If a purchase of SC were to happen, would perhaps Northern Fox be the conintuation of what was?
