Copper Fox has two fully owned subsidiaries: Northern Fox Copper which is Canadian subsidiary and Desert Fox Copper, which is USA subsidiary. EH is already under Northern Fox and MM, SB and VD could be put under Desert Fox. In theory, management can then spin-off both of them and sell Copper Fox all together in the SC transaction.
