Like many of you, I was quite surprised with Lynn's appointment as VP. As far as I know CF has never had a VP, so why now all of a sudden?The only reasons I can think of are: ES is retiring soon and will be succeeded by the VP Lynn or ES will be retiring soon and CF is looking for a a new CEO to run the business but for the time being, the VP will temporarily take over the role of ES. As mentioned earlier, ES has always said he wants to stop after SC has been sold or settled. Lynn's appointment also, coincidentally, comes shortly after the JV meeting. In short: is there a possibility SC will be sold soon, perhaps sooner than expected, and ES will leave short afterwards?
