It says he may participate to up to 60% of it.  It would be slight but this would increase his proportionate share of the company.   Any PPs under a dollar just feels like I am being pickpocketed by a billionaire. 

If Ernesto thinks we have so much value then why doesn't he buy this great value in the market?  Why?  Because with a demoralized shareholder base and an unsupported share price, read 'low SP' he can more easily dilute us out, little bite by little bite.   Ernesto bougth in the market up to $1.40 when we had one deposit and it was pre-FS.
