Last PP back in 2020 got changed from 8 cents to 6 cents, so I won't be surprised to see this one lowered from 25 cents to 20-23 cent range. Until PP closes, SP will remain stuck in 20-25 cent range, imo, but I could see a swift upward swing once PP is dealt with.
