JMHO but I think you are overstating the case. Everything ES has said is equivocal. He has never said a sale WILL take place by a specified date; just that once certain data is available it would make sense to look at that option. Timelines are always outside of his control, as are environmental considerations like fog on a clear day. ES has made so many statements about timelines that have never been realized for one reason or another that no one except his pet pumpers believe in them. We should all be in "I'll believe it when it happens" camp.
