Right! I understand what he is saying, it's just funny and ironic using the term "clearly" so gratuitously.  Generally speaking, a company should turn a profit, clearly. Clearly a company that is only able to turn a profit by selling properties, should clearly try to sell said properties...you know, for like... Profit...
