"In preparation for a mining decision" this is good but Teck is still not saying what we want to hear

The good thing is the TNDC are economically on side, maybe just subcontracting these services but this is the payment for non protested unceded land use. Teck knows how to do this. Wonder if Elmer gets to make a green press release too?
