Outstanding observation!  This is a very "hand-tipping" announcement by Teck, imo. 

Schaft Creek somehow suddenly "exists" with the very first public comment on Schaft Creek escaping Jonathan Price's lips.

Can anyone here try to find out from the TNDC how big of a solar panel installation is contemplated?  It would be confirming that a sanction decision is coming if the installation size far exceeds the camp's current power needs.
