Kalkaroo project:

Using copper at $3.50 US and gold at $1500 US, the Kalkaroo project had a post-tax NPV (7.5%) of around $725M (Australian dollars).

So the deal is $A205M (28% of the after-tax value) and up to $A405M (56% of the after-tax value).

When comparing with VD:

• At $3.50US, VD has a $780M US after-tax NPV (7.5%).

Therefore, a similar deal would yield $220M US at sale and up to $440M US with options.

VD seems to offer a much higher IRR, but seems a little less advanced.

Anyhow, something like that would be very acceptable for me.  Let's get it done CF!
