Was the water licence issue ever sorted out for Van Dyke? Has a permit been issued?

I don't think any permits have been issued. A hydrogeological study is needed to generate a model of groundwater for the site. This model will go towards satisfying the state/fed permits. I recall something along the lines of recent lessons learned from nearby ISCR projects that are now factored into the proposed work to verify problems encountered at those sites are not a problem to be faced at VD. Can't remember what the issue was...something about leachability...Elmer spoke to this recently on an X video.
