That seems to be a common misconception on this board. As per JV agreement, TECK is obligated to announce a work program by end of February every year, as long as the JV is in place. TECK can buyout copper fox interest or copper fox can send ROFO to TECK independent of the JV work program; the release of a 2024 work program at SC does not mean in any way copper fox will, or is obligated to wait for its completion, to start the sale process of our SC interest.
