What is your thoughts on this years program??  If there is one, pretty much means we are around for another year as this would increase value...

If those increases in value, as we perceive them, would be reflected in the share price, I wouldn't complain. But it appears the market values us at 19 cents and all of those years of "increased value" have not benefitted us as shareholders. 

For that reason, I'd have to say, "GET THE DAMN DEALS DONE!!!"
