All you have done is highlight his lack of faith in the company. Why not take it private if it's so easy to do; and it's worth north of $3 a share as some here have speculated. Why not fully subscribe to the pp's? Fill the coffers to advance the projects and raise the sp. He won't loan the company money. Why? So he gets a boatload of shares in return and increases his equity same as filling the pp each year for the last decade. What's the difference? 

I would love to know the answer to these questions from EE himself and not some proxy.
